Malts, citrus, hops and grapefruit in the aroma.

Bready and malty flavor with a lot of hops and hints of caramel.

Mikkeller Yeast Series: US Ale 330ml, 8% - Denmark

Pours clear copper with a rocky head.

Yeast, hops and citrus in the aroma.

Hops, malts, biscuit and citrus in the flavor.

BFM Douze 750ml, 6.5% - Switzerland

Poured murky orange with an incredible, huge, creamy head. It's pretty rocky and takes its time to settle. A lot of thick and sticky lacing around the glass.

Grassy hops, floral aroma with yeast and citric notes. Slightly spicy.

Bitter hoppy flavor. Grapefruit with grassy notes and hints of salt.

Not bad!

Sleepy Bulldog Summer Pale Ale 330ml, 5% - Sweden

Poured clear amber with a short creamy head.

This smells like cat piss. I do get some citric notes, with hops and malts.

Very pale aroma. Feels like someone added a lot of water to it. Slightly hoppy with citrus and almost unnoticeable. Piny hints.

Just give this a pass!

Oppigårds Summer Twist 500ml, 5.5% - Sweden

Poured clear amber color, topped with a one finger off white head.

Grassy and piny aroma. Hoppy with a floral touch.

Bitter grapefruit flavor. Some citrus, flowers and small hint of caramel.

Fuglsang Early Bird 330ml, 5.5% - Sweden

Pours a dark amber with a moderate white head. Some lacing is noticeable.

Fruity malts, hoppy together with raisins and brown sugar in the aroma.

Bitter grapefruit flavor with floral hops, malts, biscuit and a light touch of caramel. Nice and easy to drink. It has this light creaminess and a good carbonation.

Sigtuna Easter Ale 500ml, 5.6% - Sweden

Poured clear amber color with a tiny head.

Piney and malty aroma, slightly bready.

Hoppy flavor, some biscuit, a bit bready and malty. Pretty much resembles the aroma.

Quite a bitter aftertaste. An ok beer for Easter, I guess..

Re Ale Extra 750ml, 6.4% - Italy

Murky orange topped with a huge whipped cream head. Some lacing is noticeable here and there.

Very fruity aroma! Apples, grapefruit, bananas. Some cinnamon well hidden in the background.

Spicy malts up front. Followed by fruits and some caramel. Hops make their appearance in the aftertaste. I do taste some cinnamon. Which was also a part of the nose.

Oppigårds Amarillo Spring (7th Anniversary Ale) 330ml, 5.9% - Sweden

Poured amber color with a one finger creamy, white head. Which takes some time to settle. Some lacing is noticeable around the glass.

Fresh summer smell. Floral and grassy. Some grapefruit with citrus.

A taste which is full of hops. Grassy and grapefruit tones. Bitter aftertaste together with some citrus.

Not bad for a Swedish beer!

Sierra Nevada Pale Ale 350ml, 5.6% - USA

Crystal clear amber color topped with a white fluffy head.

Fresh pine cone aroma, some grapefruit with a tad of hops.

Soft touch of grapefruit and citrus. Piney flavor together with a spicy hint. Bitter hoppy aftertaste.

Lovely beer! I'll make sure to buy a case or five when the summer is around. :)

Fresh Hop Pale Ale 650ml, 6.1% - USA

English tea color with crispy two finger white head.

Warm scent of perfume. Citrus, grapefruits, grass, pines and hoppy smell.

Fresh taste overwhelmed by hops. Juicy grapefruit and cold tea.

Dry and bitter aftertaste.
