Ceres Havskum (Bering Bryg) 330ml, 5.5% - Denmark

Poured dark red with a slightly tan head.

Complex smell. Sweet and sour. Spicy, malty.

The taste in unpleasantly sweet. Sugar root, fruits, even some vegetables, herbs, spices. Even the after taste is sweet, no bitterness what so ever.

Awful beer..! The taste reminds me a lot of ginger ale.

There are tons of small coffee shops around Milano, where people stop by to get a drink, maybe a snack or some candy. Most of the places have very little to chose from, but here we found a Danish beer. Strong, malty taste, bitter.
