pours blurry, pale golden with no head. I actually tried to force it out.

Vinegar, grapes, citric and vinous notes in the aroma.

Tarty flavor. Apples, vinegar, acid notes, grapes and vinous hints.

Quite ok!

Pours deep brown with a high, tan head.

Hops, malts, herbs and sour hints in the aroma.

The flavor is full of pepper. Hops, malts, some caramel and hints of citrus.

Not the kind of stout that I prefer.

Abbaye De Saint Bon-Chien 2009 750ml, 11% - Switzerland

Bottle # 276..

Pours deep murky amber with a short off white head.

Sour and tarty aroma. Hint of vinegar.

Tart together with sourness and bitterness. The flavor has some pepper and vinegar Alcohol is not even noticeable.

Trois Dames La Semeuse Espresso Stout 330ml, 7.5% - Switzerland

Pours deep brown with a mocha head.

Malts and berries in the aroma.

Sour and tarty flavor with small coffee notes.

Weird, nothing sweet or milky here...

Trois Dames Bise Noire 330ml, 7.2% - Switzerland

Pours reddish brown with a beige head.

Toasted malts, coffee, caramel, hops and spices in the aroma.

Roasted flavor. Caramel, malts, nuts, bread and hops.

Weak flavor and I don't see how this is a Herbed / Spiced Beer...

Trois Dames IPA Barrique 2010 330ml, 6.3% - Switzerland

Pours blurry copper with a creamy head.

Tropical fruits, hops and caramel in the aroma.

A rather sour and tarty flavor. Woody and malty. Hops faded away here.

Not a big fan of aged IPAs/DIPAs!

Trois Dames IPA 330ml, 6.5% - Switzerland

Pours amber with a creamy white head.

Hops, grapefruit, pines, citrus and resin in the aroma.

Hops, pines, resin and caramel in the flavor. I like the aroma more..

Trois Dames Oud Bruin 750ml, 7.2% - Switzerland

Pours very deep red with a small head.

Fruits and berries. Citric and tart aroma.

Red berries, citrus, vitamin C, some tartness and light fruity tones.

Lovely beer. :)

BFM La Madragore 330ml, 8% - Switzerland

Pours completely pitch black with a tan head.

Roasted malts, licorice and dark fruits in the aroma.

Roasted malts, dark fruits and anise in the flavor.

BFM La Torpille 330ml, 7.5% - Switzerland

Poured deep brown with a huge, frothy tan head.

Malty and spicy aroma, together with dark fruits.

Lot's of plums up front. Malts, cloves, various spices and tiny hints of cinnamon.

BFM La Meule 330ml, 6% - Switzerland

Poured cloudy yellow with a white off head. Settlement is noticeable.

Lot's of sage up front, together with other herbs and spices. That's pretty much what I get here.

The flavor reflects the aroma. Sage and herbs. This is one of the better herbed beers that I've tried.

BFM La Cuivrée 330ml, 5.2% - Switzerland

Hazy amber color with a one finger creamy head.

Aroma consists of yeast, malts, citrus, hay and vegetables.

Tarty flavor. Little bit of malts together with some fruits. Sour towards the end.

BFM Ambrée 750ml, 6% - Switzerland

Unclear, light brown appearance with a one finger tan head.

Malty aroma with light hints of smoke. Fruity with some citric notes.

The flavor reminds me of a Rauchbier which was blended with water. Light smoky tones, salty with hints of ham and sausage.

I don't really know what to make of this.

BFM Douze 750ml, 6.5% - Switzerland

Poured murky orange with an incredible, huge, creamy head. It's pretty rocky and takes its time to settle. A lot of thick and sticky lacing around the glass.

Grassy hops, floral aroma with yeast and citric notes. Slightly spicy.

Bitter hoppy flavor. Grapefruit with grassy notes and hints of salt.

Not bad!

BFM Cuvée du 11ème 750ml, 5.5% - Switzerland

Poured deep brown with a small tan head.

Sour, fruity and yeasty aroma. Quite unusual.

Slightly sour with a pronounced bitterness. Wild cherries flavor together with yeast and spices.

I didn't enjoy this at all..!

Cannabis Power 330ml, 8% - Germany

We found this beer in a small cafe near us and of course I had to try it.

Very sweet, marmelade smell, with a cent of honey. The taste is very sweet too, hops, honey with a bitter alcohol after taste.
