Bottled October 2003.

Pours murky orange with a high head which settle quickly. No lacing.

White wine, oak, citrus and light acidic notes in the aroma.

Sour, bitter, sweet and dry. White wine, vinegar, citrus and vitamin C in the flavor.

Very nice!

Mort Subite Original Gueuze (Lambic) 250ml, 4.5% - Belgium

Poured nicely with a huge head, which took some time to settle. White, crispy head with a aroma which reminded me a lot of brute Champagne.

Dark reddish color, sour taste, but not that sour that makes you squeeze your face.

Lambic is far from my favorite type of beer, but I just had to give this a go.
