Pours black with a creamy, brown head.

Roasted malts, tar, hops, tobacco and a small hint of soil in the aroma.

Roasted malts up front here! Caramel with chocolate, coffee beans and bread. Quite a good flavor.

Monk's Elixir 750ml, 10% - Denmark

Pours deep red/brown with a high, rocky head which takes time to settle. There's some sticky lacing around the glass.

Malts, spices, yeast, bread and hints of dark fruits in the aroma.

Malty and yeasty flavor. Pepper together with other spices. Caramel and dark fruits.

Beer Geek Breakfast Bourbon Edition 500ml, 10.7% - Denmark

Pours deep black with a high, chocolate colored, compact head.

Bourbon, nuts, wood and vanilla in the aroma.

Espresso, chocolate, vanilla, bourbon, oak and nuts in the flavor.

I'm not too excited about this one!

Beer Geek Breakfast Speyside Cask Edition 500ml, 7.5% - Denmark

Pours black with a very short head.

Roasted malts, vanilla, chocolate, oak and coffee in the aroma.

Starts off with a smokey tones. Roasted malts in the flavor as well. Tar, oak, hints of dark chocolate and vanilla.

Very thin and medium bodied. This needs a higher abv.

Black (黑) Islay Edition 375ml, 17.5% - Denmark

Pours black with a short tan head.

Whiskey, whiskey and whiskey up front! The aroma also has some oak and more whiskey!

Very sweet flavor. It actually reminds me of sweet horizon. Whiskey and oak. Can't really say anything else since both sweetness and whiskey are very dominating here.

Beer Geek Brunch Weasel Bourbon Edition 500ml, 12.7% - Denmark

Pours black with a thick, chocolate colored head.

The aroma is just breathtaking! Coffee up front, chocolate, vanilla, bourbon and oak.

Roasted malts, dark chocolate, coffee, bourbon and oak in the flavor. Creamy mouth feel.

Amager Mikkeller Kølle 330ml, 10.5% - Denmark

Pours deep brown with a high creamy head.

Oak, malts, dark fruits and something that I just can't describe. Quite an ok aroma.

Smoky hints up front! Roasted malts, dark fruits, caramel and some tar. I like this flavor.

Black Hole Barrel Aged Edition Wine 375ml, 13.1% - Denmark

Pours black with a very short black head.

Vinous notes up front. Oak, chocolate and vanilla in the aroma.

Slightly sour. Red wine, oak, chocolate and vanilla in the flavor.

The least favorite from the series. :)

Black Hole Barrel Aged Edition Rum 375ml, 13.1% - Denmark

Pours almost black with no head.

Sweet and slightly boozy aroma. Rum, chocolate and vanilla are present.

Roasted malts, chocolate, rum and oak in the flavor.

Black Hole Barrel Aged Edition Peat Whiskey 375ml, 13.1% - Denmark

Pours black with a pretty much no head.

So much whiskey and oak in the aroma. Amazing!

Burned malts, tar, whiskey, oak, soil and tobacco in the flavor. It pretty much has it all!

Black Hole Barrel Aged Edition Bourbon 375ml, 13.1% - Denmark

Pours black with a short head.

Bourbon, oak, chocolate, toffee and hints of coffee in the aroma.

Slightly smoky flavor. Bourbon, dark chocolate, oak and vanilla. After taste is quite bitter.

Mikkeller Frelser 750ml, 11% - Denmark

Pours deep red/brown with a frothy tan head.

Pineapple up front! Fruity and malty aroma.

Exotic fruits, malts, hops, caramel and nuts in the flavor. A bit boozy and warming towards the end.

Mikkeller Black Tie 500ml, 11.5% - Denmark

Pours motor oil black with a tiny head.

Roasted malts, oak, tobacco and tar in the aroma.

Tar, oak, whiskey, tobacco, vanilla, dark chocolate, burned malts and licorice in the flavor.

Weinbrand BA Red Ale 375ml, 10% - Denmark

Pours deep red with a creamy tan head.

What a complex aroma. Elderberries, cherries, dark fruits and hints of cognac.

Caramel, cherries, dark fruits, almond, chocolate and cognac in the flavor.

Lovely surprise!

Devine Rebel 330ml, 13.8% - Scotland

Pours deep red with a one finger tan head.

Malty, nutty, boozy and sweet aroma.

Slightly toasted malts, bitter hops, tobacco, dark fruits and caramel in the flavor.

Mikkeller Dim Sum Beer Winter 330ml, 5% - Denmark

Pours deep copper with a creamy head. Sticky lacing is noticeable.

Brown sugar, caramel, oranges and malts in the aroma.

Caramel, malts, oranges, anise, spices and brown sugar in the flavor.

Mikkeller The American Dream 330ml, 4.6% - Denmark

Pours hazy amber with a frothy head.

Passion fruit, hops, resin and pines in the aroma.

Malts over comes by hops. Sweet and fruity flavor. Light and at the same time a bit pale.

Mikkeller Cream Ale 330ml, 5% - Denmark

Pours blurry, pale yellow with an air full, white head.

Exotic fruits, hops, pines and malts in the aroma.

This is actually gentle and kinda creamy.

Hoppy flavor together with grapefruit and malts. Bitter finish.

Drink Your Sorrows Away 375ml, 11.99% - Denmark

Pours brown with a thin head.

Nuts, berries, malts and yeast in the aroma.

This does taste a bit like a quad. Raisins, chocolate, malts, brown sugar, yeast and caramel.

Mikkeller George! 250ml, 11.11% - Denmark

Pours motor oil black with a thin brown head.

Roasted malts, caramel, vanilla and hints of licorice in the aroma. Small vinous notes.

Tar in the flavor. I like it! Roasted malts, vanilla, licorice, toffee, dark chocolate and berries.
