Hops, passion fruit, caramel and citrus in the aroma.

The flavor pretty much reflects the aroma. Lovely dipa!

Amager Black Nitro 500ml, 7.8% - Denmark

Pours deep brown, almost black with a high creamy head.

Fresh hops up front! Floral hints together with pines and citrus.

Bitter hops, citrus, grass and pines in the flavor.

Not bad!

Amager Mikkeller Kølle 330ml, 10.5% - Denmark

Pours deep brown with a high creamy head.

Oak, malts, dark fruits and something that I just can't describe. Quite an ok aroma.

Smoky hints up front! Roasted malts, dark fruits, caramel and some tar. I like this flavor.

Pours black as a night with a chocolate colored head.

Whiskey, oak, chocolate, licorice and tobacco in the aroma.

Roasted malts, hints of tar, bourbon, oak, dark chocolate and licorice in the flavor.

Medium bodied!

Amager Rugporter 500ml, 8.5% - Denmark

Pours deep brown (pretty much black) with a mocha head.

Roasted malts, vanilla and toffee in the aroma.

The flavor is way much better than the aroma. Burned malts here, licorice, hints of tobacco, dark chocolate and toffee.

Hr. Frederiksen 500ml, 10.5% - Denmark

Poured pitch black with a one finger compact, tan head.

Weak aroma. Roasted malts, licorice, dark chocolate and soil.

The flavor is way much better than the aroma. Roasted malts here, sweet flavor which includes dark chocolate and toffee. A bit salty.

Fru Frederiksen 500ml, 7% - Denmark

Poured black with a small tan head.

Roasted malts, licorice and dark chocolate in the aroma.

The flavor consists of roasted malts with smokyness in the background. Slightly salty and with hints of licorice. A bit dry.

Amager Imperial Stout 500ml, 10.01% - Denmark

Pours motor oil black with a brown head.

Roasted malts, chocolate, licorice, toffee and coffee in the aroma.

Tons of roasted malts up front, a lot of tar (very heavy). Dark chocolate, soil, tobacco and toffee in the flavor. Light boozyness towards the end.

Lovely stout!

Amager IPA 500ml, 7% - Denmark

Hazy copper color with a huge cream head. Lot's of lacing.

Citrus, pines, grapefruit, hops and grassy aroma.

Peachy flavor. Grassy with some hops, citrus and grapefruit. Very little bitterness. An ok IPA, but not breathtaking.
