Mikkeller Dim Sum Beer Winter 330ml, 5% - Denmark

Pours deep copper with a creamy head. Sticky lacing is noticeable.

Brown sugar, caramel, oranges and malts in the aroma.

Caramel, malts, oranges, anise, spices and brown sugar in the flavor.

Autumn Maple Barrel Aged 750ml, 10% - USA

Pours pretty much deep red with a tan head.

Dark fruits, caramel, wood, anise, various spices and malts in the aroma.

Sweet flavor. We have dark fruits, brown sugar, caramel, spices, hints of wood and some boozyness.

Trois Dames Bise Noire 330ml, 7.2% - Switzerland

Pours reddish brown with a beige head.

Toasted malts, coffee, caramel, hops and spices in the aroma.

Roasted flavor. Caramel, malts, nuts, bread and hops.

Weak flavor and I don't see how this is a Herbed / Spiced Beer...

Rosée D'hibiscus 341ml, 5% - Canada

Pours deep pink with no head.

Sweet, fruity and herbal aroma. Hints of hibiscus.

Bitter and tarty flavor. Flowers, herbs and spices.

Nothing special really.

BFM La Meule 330ml, 6% - Switzerland

Poured cloudy yellow with a white off head. Settlement is noticeable.

Lot's of sage up front, together with other herbs and spices. That's pretty much what I get here.

The flavor reflects the aroma. Sage and herbs. This is one of the better herbed beers that I've tried.

Freya & Thor 750ml, 8.9% - Netherlands

Bottle 392/432. Brewed on the 8th of February 2010.

Poured black with a crispy light brown head.

Roasted malts together with spices, salt, licorice and herbs. Interesting aroma.

Smoky flavor. Roasted malts up front, lot's of sweetness after that. Fruits and vegetables, light spices, with licorice and tar in the after taste. I even get some dark chocolate and whiskey.

Ceres Havskum (Bering Bryg) 330ml, 5.5% - Denmark

Poured dark red with a slightly tan head.

Complex smell. Sweet and sour. Spicy, malty.

The taste in unpleasantly sweet. Sugar root, fruits, even some vegetables, herbs, spices. Even the after taste is sweet, no bitterness what so ever.

Awful beer..! The taste reminds me a lot of ginger ale.

Midas Touch Golden Elixir 355ml, 9% - USA

Light amber color with no head.

Saffron, grapefruit and spicy aroma.

Very spicy and bitter taste, but sweet at the same time. Saffron with mild honey.

The taste is not so pleasant to be honest. This is the first and last time I'm drinking this beer. =)
