Heavy, bitter hoppy flavor. Caramel, resin, grass and grapefruit. Piny hints.

Lente Hop 330ml, 6.2% - Netherlands

Pours copper with a huge compact head.

Floral hops, grass, citrus, pines and passion fruit in the aroma.

Bitter hops up front. Grass, citrus, malts and fruits in the flavor.

Trois Dames IPA Barrique 2010 330ml, 6.3% - Switzerland

Pours blurry copper with a creamy head.

Tropical fruits, hops and caramel in the aroma.

A rather sour and tarty flavor. Woody and malty. Hops faded away here.

Not a big fan of aged IPAs/DIPAs!

Trois Dames IPA 330ml, 6.5% - Switzerland

Pours amber with a creamy white head.

Hops, grapefruit, pines, citrus and resin in the aroma.

Hops, pines, resin and caramel in the flavor. I like the aroma more..

Corne Du Diable 341ml, 6.5% - Canada

Poured murky amber with a two finger compact head.

Sweet caramel up front, hops, malts and light hints of pines.

Caramel is dominating in the flavor as well. Hops, malts and light hints of grapefruit.

Quite nice!

Treehuggin' IPA 500ml, 6.6% - Denmark

Pours clear red color with a huge, creamy and compact head.

Hops, caramel, malts, nuts, grass and resin in the aroma.

Woody and rather smoky flavor. Hops, caramel, resin and piny notes.

Very interesting IPA!

East Kent Golding Single Hop IPA 330ml, 6.9% - Denmark

Poured murky amber, topped with a frothy off white head.

Earthly hops up front. Passion fruit and caramel in the aroma.

Sweet, syrupy flavor. Light piny hints, resin, caramel and hoppy bitterness towards the end.

Centennial Single Hop IPA 330ml, 6.9% - Denmark

Pours a lovely copper color with a crispy white off head.

Citric and grassy aroma. Hops and pines.

Very hoppy flavor. Bitter grapefruit taste, slightly piny with small hints of caramel.

Cascade Single Hop IPA 330ml, 6.9% - Denmark

Pours deep amber with a two finger whitish compact head.

Exotic fruits, hops, citrus notes and malts in the aroma.

Pines up front. Hoppy bitterness in the flavor, together with hints of grapefruit. Lot's of citrus here.

Not the best one from the series.

Southern Tier IPA 355ml, 6.5% - USA

Pours coppery gold with a thin head.

Piny aroma together with malts, caramel and mango.

Hoppy flavor with a little bitterness. Piny, floral, caramel and malts.

Quite drinkable, although I'm not too pleased with the carbonation.

Wipeout I.P.A. 650ml, 7% - USA

Poured deep, murky orange with a large, creamy head.

Passion fruit, mango, hops and malts in the aroma.

Exotic fruits, grassy hops, pines and hints of grapefruit in the flavor. Lovely bitterness towards the end.

Great IPA!

AleSmith IPA 650ml, 7.25% - USA

Poured murky amber with a small fluffy head.

Fresh, fruity and hoppy aroma. Caramel, pines and grass.

Bitter hops, citrus, grass, sweet maltyness and caramel.

A very stable IPA!

Mohawk Summer IPA 500ml, 6.8% - Sweden

Clear amber appearance with a small, creamy white head.

Hoppy and fruity aroma. Caramel is present.

Floral hops, grassy tones, caramel and citrus.

Very gentle and creamy mouth feel.

Vuur & Vlam 750ml, 6.2% - Netherlands

Hazy amber appearance with a frothy tanish head. Lot's of sticky lacing.

Floral hops, apricots, grass and citrus.

Very hoppy flavor. Piny and floral. Grapefruit, malts and dried orange peels.

Amager IPA 500ml, 7% - Denmark

Hazy copper color with a huge cream head. Lot's of lacing.

Citrus, pines, grapefruit, hops and grassy aroma.

Peachy flavor. Grassy with some hops, citrus and grapefruit. Very little bitterness. An ok IPA, but not breathtaking.

Alvinne Hop Trilogy Columbus 750ml, 7.1% - Belgium

Pretty much the same appearance as the previous beers.

Grapefruit, citrus, hops, some malts and pines.

Grapefruit, perfume, cold earl gray tea flavor. Strong bitterness, but I love it!

The best out of all three..!

Alvinne Hop Trilogy Simcoe 750ml, 7.1% - Belgium

Poured light murky orange topped with a huge air full head. Lot's of sticky lacing here as well.

Piny aroma together with citrus and hops.

Grapefruit, soap, perfume and citrus flavor. Pleasant hoppy bitterness. I like this more than the previous Centennial bottle.

Alvinne Hop Trilogy Centennial 750ml, 7.1% - Belgium

Drank all three back to back!

Poured hazy orange with a huge frothy, air full head. It settles slowly leaving enormous amounts of lacing.

Passion fruit, lemon, grapefruit and hops in the aroma.

Grass, perfume, very bitter hoppyness and dried orange peels in the flavor.

Premiant Hopburst 750ml, 6.2% - Netherlands

Poured cloudy amber with a small creamy head.

Hoppy and piny aroma. Very little of it.

Pleasant hoppy, bitter flavor. Grapefruit with a hint of a cold Earl Gray tea.

Not as good as Sladek unfortunately.
