Here we go, the first review of 2010 :)
Dark cherry red appearance. Thick, crispy head which takes a lot of time to settle. And also leaves a lot of sticky lacing around the glass. Quality head. :)
Sweet smell, at first I get bananas with small hints of citrus.
Spicy taste, with some dried fruits and small notes of alcohol, which are visible mostly in the after taste. Caramel, hops, slightly yeasty taste.
I think that a little less carbonation would do the trick.
