Tonight we'll be trying the Woodwork series. DIPAs which were aged in fresh, brand new barrels. So one reference bottle and three with different wood sorts.
Pours murky orange with a creamy head.
Strong fruity aroma. Citrus and grapefruit up front. Followed by hops and malts.
Boozy taste. Some grapefruit and hoppy bitterness. Hints of caramel and citrus. Dry and bitter mouth feel.
