The bottle exploded once I opened it. Poured brown with a darker head. Maybe 20-30% ended up on the floor.
You can smell the carbonation. Dark fruits aroma, very sweet.
Kind of tasteless I should say. It has some caramel, some maltiness, dark fruits, mostly prunes. But this needs more flavor, more character. Feels like someone added water instead of that. Maybe this beer should cellar for some time? It was bottled 31st Jan 2009.
