Pours black with a rather short brown head.

Very sweet aroma. Syrup, bourbon, caramel and wood.

Roasted malts, booze, dark chocolate and wood in the flavor.

Quite an ok stout, but I prefer them with a tad lower ABV!

Xbeeriment Whisky Woody 250ml, 7.7% - Denmark

Pours black with a one finger, creamy tan head.

Sour and tarty aroma. Can't really get anything else here.

Whiskey, sour and tarty notes. Hints of oak. Nothing special!

Alvinne Mano Negra 330ml, 10% - Belgium

Pours very deep brown, pretty much black with an air full head.

Hops, malts, citric notes and dark chocolate in the aroma.

Chocolate, together with malts, vanilla and coffee beans in the flavor.

Never been a fan of Belgian stouts!

Yeti Imperial Stout 355ml, 9.5% - USA

Pours black as a night with a thin, dark head. Great appearance!

Lot's of hops up front. Roasted malts, coffee beans, dark chocolate in the aroma.

What a great mixture of hops, roasted malts, tar and dark chocolate. Very nice flavor. Creamy mouth feel. Medium to full bodied!

Black Hole Barrel Aged Edition Wine 375ml, 13.1% - Denmark

Pours black with a very short black head.

Vinous notes up front. Oak, chocolate and vanilla in the aroma.

Slightly sour. Red wine, oak, chocolate and vanilla in the flavor.

The least favorite from the series. :)

Black Hole Barrel Aged Edition Rum 375ml, 13.1% - Denmark

Pours almost black with no head.

Sweet and slightly boozy aroma. Rum, chocolate and vanilla are present.

Roasted malts, chocolate, rum and oak in the flavor.

Black Hole Barrel Aged Edition Peat Whiskey 375ml, 13.1% - Denmark

Pours black with a pretty much no head.

So much whiskey and oak in the aroma. Amazing!

Burned malts, tar, whiskey, oak, soil and tobacco in the flavor. It pretty much has it all!

Pours black with a short head.

Bourbon, oak, chocolate, toffee and hints of coffee in the aroma.

Slightly smoky flavor. Bourbon, dark chocolate, oak and vanilla. After taste is quite bitter.

Pours black with no head.

Lot's of licorice in the aroma. Coffee and dark fruits.

Omg! That's a dessert in a liquid form! So sweet, way too sweet actually. Chocolate, syrup, sugar and caramel.

The rocket high ABV is not even noticeable.

Pours black as a night with a chocolate colored head.

Whiskey, oak, chocolate, licorice and tobacco in the aroma.

Roasted malts, hints of tar, bourbon, oak, dark chocolate and licorice in the flavor.

Medium bodied!

Xbeeriment Black Force One 500ml, 10.4% - Denmark

Pours black with a high, tan head.

Hops up front. Vanilla, chocolate and toffee in the aroma.

Very hoppy flavor. Roasted malts, toffee, vanilla and hints of licorice.

BFM Cuvée Alex le Rouge 330ml, 10.276% - Switzerland

Batch 2009

Pours deep brown with a high, tan head.

Hops, malts, herbs and sour hints in the aroma.

The flavor is full of pepper. Hops, malts, some caramel and hints of citrus.

Not the kind of stout that I prefer.

Black Magic Woman 500ml, 10% - Denmark

Pours deep black with a short head.

Roasted malts, chocolate, vanilla and light hints of tobacco.

The flavor totally reflects the aroma. Medium to full bodied. Quite nice actually.

Seven Niepoort Barrel 375ml, 12% - Denmark

1092 bottles produced, brewed in October 2008.

Pours pitch black with a chocolate colored head.

Roasted malts, vanilla, wood and coffee beans in the aroma.

What an amazing flavor!! Almost burned malts, dark chocolate, vanilla, toffee, coffee beans, a bit of tart. Hints of wood.

Full bodied, just wow!!

Plead The 5th Imperial Stout 355ml, 12% - USA

Pours motor oil black with pretty much no head. A rather still appearance.

Amazing aroma. Roasted malts, dark chocolate, vanilla, coffee beans and toffee.

The flavor pretty much reflects the aroma. The high ABV is not even noticeable. Full bodied.

Mikkeller George! 250ml, 11.11% - Denmark

Pours motor oil black with a thin brown head.

Roasted malts, caramel, vanilla and hints of licorice in the aroma. Small vinous notes.

Tar in the flavor. I like it! Roasted malts, vanilla, licorice, toffee, dark chocolate and berries.

Cuvee Delphine 330ml, 13% - Belgium

Pours dark as a night with a brown head.

Roasted malts, chocolate, licorice, vanilla and oak in the aroma.

Lot's of tar and hints of smoke. Burned malts, dark chocolate, tobacco, toffee, wood and vanilla in the flavor.

Medium to full bodied. Glad I finally tried this!

Podge Glenrothes Barrel Oak Aged 375ml, 10.5% - Belgium

Pours deep brown with a tan head.

Roasted malts, wood, berries and vinous notes in the aroma.

Toasted flavor. Lot's of wood here with chocolate and anis.

Ziel & Zaligheid 180ml, 11.2% - Netherlands

Brewed on the 11th of August 2009. Only 96 bottles, although De Molen missed to number them.

Pours motor oil black with a thin chocolate head.

Roasted malts, dark chocolate and light boozyness in the aroma.

Roasted malts, smokyness, some tar, dark chocolate, licorice and boozy in the flavor.

Hel & Verdoemenis (Wild Turkey Barrel Aged) 180ml, 13% - Netherlands

Brewed on the 23rd of July 2009. On the label it says that it's bottled on the 22nd of August 2010, which is kinda impossible since it's July now. I've often seen wrong info, typos and spelling mistakes on De Molen labels.

Dark chocolate overcomes by roasted malts. Coffee beans and hints of wood in the flavor.
