Poured deep brown with an air full, tan head.
Totally unexpected aroma. Quite spicy and acidic. Coriander, citrus, malts and yeast.
Lot's of coriander and ginger up front. Pepper, citrus and malts in the flavor.
This is a rather different approach, although I'm not sure that I like it. Too bad about the strong carbonation.
