The cork exploded in my hands and it went off. The beer was pouring like never before.
Very lovely dark, orange color with almost two finger head. After I poured two glasses, the foam was still running and I thought that it would never end. It did felt like the bottle was endless. What an experience!! Like my brother said: The color reminded him of water blended with sand.
Very sour, apple smell.
Light, sweet and fruity smell, mostly apples at first, but it did revise in the end.
Dried fruits, peaches, exotic fruits and pears.
